Pagi-pagi dah dapat semangat dr seseorang yang amat sy sanjungi. Ini lah CEO masa kerja kat company lama dulu. Tak pernah jumpa boss yang 'best' macam beliau. Alang-alang dah buat entry pasal ni..meh saya citer sikit pasal x-boss saya ni.
Saya sangat suka berkerja dengan beliau…sbb…Beliau bagi sepenuh kepercayaan kepada staffs untuk buat satu2 tugasan. Tak pernah perlekeh atau perkecil-kecilkan kerja/usaha staffs. Tak pernah marah-marah [x pnh tengking2]. Beliau tegur dengan cara yang berhemah.
Di luar waktu kerja, kami boleh sembang mcm2 hal..berkongsi cerita n masalah..like father and his daughther [hehehe]
Memang sy akui, nak diikutkan,
dulu --- keje berat + susah + tension..tp dapat galakan n semangat dari boss.. = semua tu boleh diatasi, enjoy doing my job, good performance
skrg --- keje berat + susah + tension + boss yg seakan2 x paham keje yg sy buat + byk plk kerenahnya.. = semua boleh diatasi tp x enjoy..n performance pun x la bagus sgt
